Hello friends
The November Sweat Lodge Ceremony is this Sunday, 11/29/09. we will begin at 11am with lighting the fire, go into lodge at 1. Please arrive as early as you can. Be sure to drink much water all morning and have breakfast. We conclude the ceremony with a pot luck meal. Bring two towels-one to sit on and one to dry off with. The lodge is open to everyone. We are there to pray and to purify ourselves, the earth, and all people.
Please know that your safety is our priority, let us know if you have any health issues or concerns.
